What’s So Unusual About March 8?! International Women’s Day Special!

Dear women (and men too),

HAPPY INTERNATIONAL WOMEN’S DAY!

MAY ALL YOUR SACRED DREAMS AND WISHES COME TRUE!

This holiday in Russia is often also called the Day of Spring, Love and Beauty. On this day women expect to be pampered. According to the survey, this year up to 10% of the spoiled Russian women expect to get a car for March 8. 😉

I find that many people in the West simply don’t get the meaning of this holiday.

HERE’s the real truth! The holiday did start in the beginning of the 20th century as a women’s rights and anti-war political movement. However, in the USSR it eventually evolved as a day of spring, flowers, relaxation and the honoring of the sacred feminine by men (at the bottom click on links to my previous posts to find out more and to see more cool images). And that’s how it’s now largely celebrated in Russia, all of post-Soviet Space and the world.

‘March 8, International Women’s Day’

The important thing Westerners often don’t get is that Russian women get to be honored, treated with the respect, love and tenderness all women and mothers deserve, while at the same time they get to pursue careers and success in life equal to men. There is no BS ‘equality’ fights in Russia. Equality stays where it belongs: in the career and business world. But at the same time a man would still open a door or pull a chair for a woman. If you can imagine (I know it’s very hard if you live in the USA), a woman in that case would graciously say thank you, and she would NOT punch a man in the face or file a sexual harassment lawsuit! A woman would NOT perceive the man’s gallant gesture as a sign of her being considered weak, but she would accept this as a sign of her being honored and respected.

Wouldn’t it be nice to live in a positive world like this everywhere!

March 8 in Russia usually inspires poetry. Lots of businesses and organizations put out special ‘Happy March 8’ posters, often with poetic good wishes for their female employees and/or friends and family. And it all rhymes!

This one reads:

‘Our Lovely Women, let your spring be forever, let the brooks run, let all the world’s flowers blossom just for you. Let the last snow wind take away any troubles, let the snow melting  bring only happiness. May your sacred dreams and wishes come true! HAPPY MARCH 8!’ 

This poster’s poem similarly wishes the end of any sorrows, and lots of love, joy, smiles and flowers. I am smiling just writing this 🙂

There are free concerts on streets and special concerts on TV, as well as major holiday programs in music halls on this day. Generally, Russians loooove their songs, concerts,  and various fairs and events. When I was searching for images for this post I came across a large number of announcements for March 8 concerts in the ex-republics, such as Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Ukraine and Latvia. It remains the holiday of choice in all those, despite attempts by the Latvian and Ukrainian authorities to ban it.

Russian children get it since they are little. Cutest Russian March 8 cartoon posters:

 ‘March 8 – Congrats!’ – probably the most beloved Russian cartoon character, the sweet mystical animal Cheburashka, brings flowers and cake to the little squirrel girl. 

 Little bear boy brings a barrel of honey to his girlfriend.

And the cute March cats, of course 😉

March 8 is one of the coolest and most positive holidays, with lots of flowers and smiles. Tulips, mimosa, lily-of-the-valley, violets and lilac are the trademark flowers of this holiday. Men normally take over all the chores for the house, including cooking and cleaning, while women enjoy themselves. On this day husbands, boyfriends, fathers, sons, brothers and students honor their wives, girlfriends, sisters, daughters, mothers, grandmothers and female teachers. This is how I remember it growing up.

The cake reads ‘Happy March 8’; the boy’s tee says, ‘Love my mom’; the man’s, ‘My wife’s the best.’ 

March 8 is celebrated in many countries around the world. It is a national holiday in Russia and some other post-Soviet/Russian World countries. It’s also widely celebrated in Europe, Asia and Latin America.

If you celebrate, here’s another well-wishing March 8 poem! ‘May your life always blossom, may your children be happy and your home prosperous! Wishing you goodness, fortune & happiness!

If you live in a country where March 8 is not celebrated (that would be the Anglo-American world and a few others)…

Dear women, go pamper yourselves this weekend, celebrate YOU and the spring! Or get the men in your life to splurge on you!

Dear men, it’s a great idea to take the loved female(s) in your life out to a nice dinner this weekend, and/or buy her some nice flowers! If she asks what’s the occasion, you can say: ‘Spring is in the air!’ Or you can just tell the truth: ‘Lada says so,’ and show her this article! 😉

Rather than by continent, the countries are clustered according to their affinity groups and relevant regions. This makes it more logical and easy to compare peer countries’ performances.

The book is divided into sections by the following regions and affinity groups, in alphabetic order:

Africa; Anglo-American World; Asia (Southeast); Eurasia: Russia, Russian World and Post-Soviet Space; Europe and EU; Latin America and the Caribbean; The Middle East and Muslim World.

The countries within each region and affinity group are presented not alphabetically, but rather logically.

The expanded list of calibrations presented in the book for a number of countries includes:

Whole Country Quantum Calibration (QC) and CHI

Plus the QC and CHI for:

the current country leader, army/defense, economy, financial solvency and sovereignty (level of).

In some cases added are additional bonus calibrations for specific sectors of economy, specific historic figures and past leaders, additional important people and/or specific cities/regions of said country. In a number of cases presented is also additional expanded intel, analysis and predictions. In other cases you may see a more in-depth Earth Shift and Multidimensional view of a specific country or continent. All this will enrich your reading experience and deepen the understanding of the whole.

Depending on the country, you will see one of the three categories of posts: Expanded, Full or Short.

Many countries get their own, substantial EXPANDED interpretation articles, as seen on Lada Ray Patreon. Some other countries will get FULL calibrations with a brief interpretation. Included is also another category, called SHORTS, in which we calibrate the (QC and CHI only of certain smaller countries as a whole, with brief or no interpretation. The set of Shorts expands the book’s geography. It gives the reader an additional idea how a peer group of countries stacks up against each other, and how a specific region of the world fares. In addition, for several regions we have REGIONAL calibrations with interpretations. The biggest such region is Africa (Sub-Saharan), which is a major case study, including past, present and future calibrations. Three separate Post-Soviet/Russian World affinity regions also have their own Short calibrations, with interpretations, thus providing a fuller picture (Central Asia, Caucasus, Baltics).

The ten largest and most important geopolitical International Organizations are included in the end, as a separate section. The calibrations for Organizations are comparative and predictive (futurist).

The book also includes a number of valuable bonuses (see full list above), and the closing section with COMPLETE QUANTUM & GEO CALIBRATIONS  DEFINITIONS and INTERPRETATIONS. This full table is shared publicly for the first time. It was previously available only as part of ESR17, or to Lada Ray private clients who ordered Personal Multidimensional and Quality of Life Geo Calibration Written Consultations.

Among many other things, Quantum Calibrations are exceptionally useful in helping us determine where each city, country or region of the world shines, where it has a good future and advantage, vs. where it has problems. It is especially important to compare countries peer to peer. The structure of this book will allow you to see how peers stack against each other. Peer-to-peer comparison and analysis will demonstrate immediately where the weak links are, and what a country needs to focus on, in order to be competitive in the future. Often calibrations will confirm what politicians and people have already known to be a problem. But sometimes, a hidden, surprising problem will be revealed.

Examples of peer-to-peer comparisons are: superpower to superpower, such as USA, Russia, China and EU; Northern or Western Europe countries; Club Med countries; Slavic countries, African countries, Latin American countries; Post-Soviet Space countries, small prosperous countries with stable political/economic systems, the BRICS countries, etc. All this you’ll find in the book.

Comparing non-peer countries also gives us an enormous amount of information. By revealing differences in calibrations, we can clearly understand the nature of differences in statute of various countries and regions of the world. We can project into the future and determine what needs to be improved.

How soon PROJECT EARTH SHIFT will see the light as Earth Shift Reports, Earth Shift Seminars and books – depends on you, dear readers and fans. The more likes, sharing, participation, comments and general interest these videos generate, the more people subscribe to Lada Ray on YT, the higher of a chance this will happen.

I believe most of my readers have no problem watching my videos. However, a couple of people wrote that they had a problem hearing. (Note, we usually record our videos with maximum allowable volume.)

These suggestions may help: 1. All computers past 2007 should have no problem with the sound. 2. If you still have trouble hearing, please boost your computer volume setting in the lower right corner of your monitor and boost the volume on the video on YT. If you still have trouble hearing, try external speakers (about $10 on Amazon) and headphones. 3. If you have an older computer, we recommend that you upgrade it, or again, buy external speakers and headphones, which may come handy in a variety of life’s situations. 4. In addition, our videos will often include visual enhancements in the form of relevant images and written inserts for added stimulus and comprehension of the topic. Brief description of each video will be posted on FuturisTrendcast.
